On February 23 a group of volunteers gathered at the Nishi-Tama Baptist Church in Tachikawa to clean wheelchairs. The group was meticulous, even changing out washers if the used washer wouldn’t shine up properly! They meet the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.
