Philippines Report

It's really a wonderful thing when a wheelchair donated in Japan makes a difference of the life of someone in another country who needs one.  This wheelchair was given to a man in the Philippines who used it till he no longer needed it.

It was then given to a gentleman who had a stroke.

He has now recovered and it's now being used by Arnel, 29, who has cerebral palsy.
