Dum Tola, 18, Receives a Wheelchair

Dum Tola, 18 years lives in Siem Reap with his parents and brother and sister. At a very young age he suffered a high fever and afterwards the hospital physician informed his parents that Dum would not be able to walk again. 
As his family are rice farmers, and unless they carried him out on their backs, he stayed at home by himself. Since receiving the wheelchair he is able to get out and about. They expressed their heartfelt thanks, saying the wheelchair has put a smile on Dum Tola’s face.
