Ten Wheelchairs for Vietnam

A group of Vietnamese living in Japan worked with us to deliver 10 wheelchairs and then followed up with this update from a recipient.

My name is Ho The Ngoc Han.  I have cerebral palsy.  After I was born I was abandoned but my mother-in-law took me and raised me.  My condition worsened as I developed scoliosis and needed to use both of my hands to move around. I was unable to attend school for economic reasons and so couldn’t get steady employment.  I worked creating kites.
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart now for giving me this wheelchair.  This gives me an opportunity to get an education and escape poverty.  I am so happy!  The number of the wheelchair I received is number 2378.
